Creekside Commons

  • 30-unit family apartment building; opened in 2010.
  • Six families have rent-subsidized units.
  • Developed in partnership with Mayflower Congregational Church.
  • No supportive services are provided; however, Mayflower congregation members volunteer as English tutors for adults and homework helpers for Creekside’s elementary and high school students.

  • NOTE: There is a very long waiting list for Creekside Commons. We are not taking new applications at this time.
